Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Viva Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers must provide a video or clear photos of the product while unboxing to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 2 working days.
If opting for an exchange, the same process applies as a return. After we receive the original product, the replacement will be shipped.

2. Refund Policy
The refund process is initiated as soon as we receive the returned product.
Customers will receive their refund within 3 working days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the product is found to be damaged, used, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used skincare products.
Products without original packaging or missing parts.
