At Viva Beauty, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order will be delivered with in 7-8 business days
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on select orders based on location and order value.
Additional charges may apply for express delivery services.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
6. Failed Delivery & Reattempt
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or contact details, re-delivery charges may apply.
If the package is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
