1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched on the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched on the next working day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Order will be delivered with in 7-8 business days

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be available on select orders based on location and order value.

• Additional charges may apply for express delivery services.

   

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

   

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

   

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempt

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or contact details, re-delivery charges may apply.

• If the package is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

   

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged or missing product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
